I got the idea for this illustration with my big brother, as he collects old school boom boxes. We once noticed, that some of those look quite alot like an owls heads. Then I made a quick sketch of how a blaster owl would look like, and soon I had ten of those in illustrator. After I finished this illustration, I decided to make an animation out of these owls. You can see it in the motion graphics section.

This is an intro animation made for Aste Skateboards' movie called 365°. I also made all the part switching animations and the outro animation for this movie. The movie has this View-Master theme, and everything in the movie goes along the theme.

This animation is made for our After Effects course at school. We had totally free hands to do something cool with After Effects. I was going to do something totally different than this, but when I made that Illustration of these blaster owls, that you can see in the illustration section, I totally wanted to make an animation out of that. It took 8 days from blank illustrator document to this final animation. I made everything else by myself, except the music. So very big thanks for Lauri Käkelä about the music ! This is my first ever 3D animation made for our 3D course at school. I got this idea of a grab, while travelling in Thailand, where I saw many of these crabs going everywhere. They were cool. This small clip is a timelapse movie of a spider making a web. I love to take timelapse movies for partly the same reason I love to take macro photos. You can see many things that you wouldn't be able to see with a naked eye !

HELLO !
I am a Finland based multitalented graphic designer who loves to create and learn new all the time. My main interests and skills lay in graphic design, illustration, motion graphics and photography.
I have always loved to draw, and to do everything visual. After my ground school in 2004 I went to Pekka Halosen akatemia to study Graphic Design for three years, and after that I accomplished my military service as a military graphic designer. After my military service, I went to Lahti University of Applied Sciences, Institute of Design, to study Multimedia Production. I decided to study Multimedia after Graphic Design, because I wanted to be able to combine many other techniques, and also be able to make motion design. After my years of study, I'm glad that I made that move. So here I am, at your service !
My skills in a nutshell are:
Adobe Creative suite: Mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Bridge, and less mainly all the rest of the suite.
Cinema 4D
Available light & flash photography, nature, portraits, parties etc.
